Avoid hiring Dmitry Sribny of Ukraine for audio editing work

I was doing an audio editing job, and I auditioned Dmitry Sribny, an audio editor from Ukraine, to do a one hour project to test out his skills. I did not find them satisfactory and told him he did not get the larger job.

Unfortunately, I did not close out the contract. A few months later he then started billing hours without request and doing nothing. I missed them in the stream of other hours I was being billed by the chosen contractor, and he just took the money, and ignored all requests to give it back. As much as I wanted to support the poeple of Ukraine, stay away from this one.
