Abstinence Program

On Monday, October 30, the Administration announced that as a "clarification," its sexual abstinence-only programs will include single adults up to and including 29 years of age. These programs will pointedly not discuss the use of contraception. Somehow, the White House thinks this will reduce out-of-wedlock pregnancies.

Now this is *really" a faith-based program!
