WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. (AP)--Two men were arrested as they
wheeled a luggage cart containing $1 million worth of
computer parts from a communications building, a theft that
disrupted 911 service for several hours, authorities said.
This is as clueful as robbing the Krispy Kream opposite the police station...
